THE DENIM PROJECT does not employ speakers; however we have many within our organization who are willing to share about their love for God, how that has impacted their desire to work with THE DENIM PROJECT, why they feel passionately about caring for the widow, orphan, and the needy, and in what way you can partner with THE DENIM PROJECT.
Lori Poppinga, founder of The Denim Project, is also a speaker, writer, pastor's wife, and mother of nine. She has contributed to a number of books and been published in a variety of magazines and journals including Proverbs 31 Woman and on the MOPs website. Lori speaks on her passion for helping women and children in need, on giving children a heart for the poor, and on encouraging women to pursue their dreams.
Tirzah Poppinga served as the Haitian Liason for THE DENIM PROJECT as she served on staff at Tytoo Gardens Orphanage in Haiti. Out of her personal experience working with women and their families in extreme poverty, Tirzah shares about her joys and struggles working in a third world country and speaks on effective ways to help those in need.
